Unfazed

Guess what?  Big deal.  Spurs got the win and they deserved it.  In a game pretty even throughout its entirety, the vets simply tightened the screws at the end while the Heat didn't really show me anything to warrant a win in a game of this magnitude.  The spurs did about as good of a job as you could do to "contain" Lebron, holding him to 18 points.  His 18 rebounds and 10 assists were nice, but even putting up triple double numbers wasn't enough when Tony Parker's busy doing his thing.  I know Chenny Britt is devastated by this one, but hey, keep ya head up homie.  It's only game 1.  We saw today how complete a team the Spurs are, and what kind of superman performance Lebron is gonna need to come up with next game, and for the rest of the series.  But outside of Smallville, Lebron's as close as you're gonna get, so stick with em.  Btw just bought that Lebron lion hat I was talking about from last post on ebay, and I don't make bad investments, which, by transitive property means Lebron's gonna come through--just as predicted.

Brotha out.

P.S.
Heat fans piss me off more than anything.  I'm not a Heat fan, let's clarify.  Just a Lebron fan.  If I'm at Game 1 of the NBA Finals, I'm not gonna be strolling in 5 minutes after the 3rd quarter starts because the hot-dog line was too long.  Bunch of undeserving yuppies.  Up here in Boston, we don't need to hold a special day to teach season ticket-holders how to be fans.
